I’m a long-time resident of Montgomery, graduated Auburn University in Montgomery in 1980. I am a Libertarian who believes in law enforcement and personal liberty.
Some folks think that Libertarians, because of the ‘Lib’ in our name, are liberals…this is a myth. In reality, we believe in liberty.
We’re mostly moderate to conservative people who believe in small government, individual rights, and personal liberty.
We believe that each individual can believe and behave in any manner they choose as long as it doesn’t compromise or impact someone else’s rights or liberties.
As sheriff, I’ll conduct myself as a true Libertarian and enforce the laws equitably and with a just hand.
